Passivhaus Homes is based near Totnes in South Hams, Devon and in greater London and we offer an integrated, one-stop shop service to create your beautiful Passivhaus building as cost-effectively as possible. We work with you to develop the design both to meet your personal brief and to ensure that your building will perform to the Passivhaus standard. Our service includes:

• All modelling in PHPP (Passivhaus Planning Package)
• Preparation of the planning application including your Design and Access Statement (DAS)
• Passivhaus architect construction detailing
• Experienced Passivhaus construction team or Passivhaus builder selection and training

If you already have a professional team or your build project is outside the south west, we also offer Passivhaus architect detailing, PHPP energy modelling and Passivhaus training for contractors.
